‘Timestamps’ are personalized recreations of core moments in life. A way of recapturing the memories that linger on an old ticket stub, worn out photograph or faded postcard.
The Palace - Auburn Hills (36”x48”) is a recreation of a Phish concert ticket from December 6th, 1997 - which was described to me as “one of the best pieces of live music ever constructed.” This piece now hangs proudly on the wall as a tangible way of commemorating a moment that left such an impression.
